About This Role

This is a key position for any organization seeking to optimize its testing landscape through strategic planning, efficient execution, and effective reporting.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in test automation tools such as Selenium, UFT, Web Services, Soap UI, and API testing. Strong expertise in Core Java, data-driven, and keyword-driven automations is essential.

A strong analytical mind that can identify opportunities for improvement and drive benefits from the test automation architecture is required. Experience in RESTful, SOAP Webservices, Groovy, BDD Tools, CI Tools, Database testing, and Built tools is also desirable.

Effective communication and documentation skills are crucial for success in this role. You will be working with geographically dispersed teams and customers, requiring excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automation projects that meet business requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Promote QA productivity through the use of automation tools and best practices, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Assist in ongoing process improvement efforts to ensure test planning, execution, and reporting are optimized.
  • Lead the definition, implementation, and maintenance of standard test automation processes, methodologies, tools, and templates.
  • Work with teams on automation strategy and tool kit selection, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Perform code reviews and verify coding standards are being met, maintaining high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with peer discipline leads in Development, QA, and Project Management to drive project success.
  • Mentor junior and senior software quality engineers, fostering growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 17-20 years of experience in Test Automation with hands-on experience in different automation tools.
  • Strong expertise in Core Java, data-driven, and keyword-driven automations.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to see the test automation architecture as a whole system.
  • Experience in RESTful, SOAP Webservices, Groovy, BDD Tools, CI Tools, Database testing, and Built tools.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams and customer-facing experience.
