We are seeking a skilled Growth Strategist to drive business expansion and performance.

About the Role:
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for key business metrics, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize top-of-funnel metrics, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with data science, analytics, product, brand, marketing, and online and offline acquisition teams.
  • Drive initiatives to impact all stages of the marketing funnel—awareness, consideration, conversion, engagement, and advocacy.
  1. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Execution:
  • Own the GTM strategy for new product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and deliver cohesive, customer-centric messaging.
  1. Business Planning & Projections:
  • Lead business planning for growth, including monthly targets, annual operating plans, and continuous performance tracking.
  • Ensure targets for customer acquisition, retention, and business revenue are met or exceeded.
  1. Key Business Metrics Ownership:
  • Drive key business metrics, including customer acquisition cost, revenue growth, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Cross-functional collaboration is essential for success in this role.
Required Skills:
  • Experience driving growth for tech startups or established brands.
  • A proven track record in growing digital products and services.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Deep understanding of growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Expertise in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and growth frameworks to drive business performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
