Key Responsibilities:- Growth Experiments: Ideate, run, and optimize growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Customer Acquisition: Engage with prospects through cold outreach, partnerships, content distribution, and creative campaigns.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track metrics, analyze performance, and pivot quickly to double down on what works.
- Content & Marketing Support: Create engaging content (emails, posts, one-pagers, case studies) that helps win attention and trust.
- Community Building: Engage with relevant online communities, forums, and social channels to raise awareness.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with founders, product, and marketing teams to turn growth insights into product enhancements and campaigns.
- A self-starter who loves solving problems with creativity and persistence.
- Resourceful and outcome-oriented: You know how to get things done without waiting for perfect conditions.
- Curious about AI, SaaS, and marketing tech, and eager to learn fast.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats—one day doing outreach, the next analyzing funnel data, the next drafting copy.
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
- Passionate about growth, experiments, and the thrill of seeing results.
- 1–3 years of experience in a growth function
- Solid understanding of digital marketing basics (funnels, conversion, paid/organic growth levers).
- Analytical mindset—comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and making sense of data.
- Willingness to hustle—cold emailing, prospecting, knocking on digital doors.
- Bonus: experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or AI tools.
