Business Operations Specialist

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be working closely with founders on cross-functional initiatives to drive growth and improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and adaptable individual to make a meaningful impact.

  • You will be responsible for solving complex problems that require first-principle thinking and collaboration across functions.
  • Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by working with Sales on initiatives to maximise revenue, identify funnel leakages, and shape pricing/packaging strategies.
  • You will collaborate with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn.
  • You will design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards to ensure accurate and actionable data is available for decision-making.
Requirements:
  • You must have a passion for all things business and sales, with a willingness to get hands dirty to achieve goals.
  • You should be able to context-switch between domains without losing depth.
  • You should be comfortable operating in disorderly environments and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
