Transfer Pricing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in transfer pricing and be qualified as a CA.

The role will involve leading and managing transfer pricing projects, training and mentoring junior team members, identifying international transactions, drafting FAR analysis, and conducting benchmarking analysis.

Key responsibilities include preparing transfer pricing documentation, drafting comprehensive study reports, and possessing experience with tax litigation, interpreting case law, and presenting arguments before Transfer Pricing Officers (TPO/DRP/ITAT).

The successful candidate will also support the tax team during audits by filing forms like 3CEB, 15CA, 15CB, and other related issues. Additionally, they will ensure seamless compliance through the filing of various transfer pricing forms (Master File, CbCR etc.).

Skills required include expertise in data analysis and reporting using MS Word and Excel, strong analytical, research, and communication abilities, familiarity with benchmarking tools like Prowess, TP Catalyst, and Orbis, and a proactive approach to contributing to the growth of our business.

Preferred qualifications include a CA, CA (Inter), MBA, L.L.B, or M.Com degree with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Transfer Pricing. We welcome applications from individuals with a blend of tax or consulting experience and practical TP exposure.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage transfer pricing projects under established processes
  • Train and mentor junior team members on transfer pricing matters
  • Identify international transactions and draft FAR analysis
  • Conduct benchmarking analysis and prepare transfer pricing documentation
  • Possess experience with tax litigation and present arguments before TPO/DRP/ITAT
  • Support tax team during audits and file forms like 3CEB, 15CA, 15CB
  • Ensure seamless compliance through filing of various transfer pricing forms (Master File, CbCR)
  • Interpret and apply international tax rules and regulations
