Lead Operations and Product Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly versatile and proactive individual to lead our key areas of operations, product, growth, and execution efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking charge of operations, strategy, product, growth, and more.
  • Developing vague ideas into shipped features, launched campaigns, or resolved problems.
  • Creating order from chaos by establishing systems, processes, and priorities.
  • Identifying and rectifying broken processes, then automating them for efficiency.
  • Maintaining alignment among team members through standups, documentation, and direction.
  • Embarking on tasks of varying sizes, with no project too big or small.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in startups, ops, product, growth, or similar environments.
  • The ability to take initiative without waiting for instructions.
  • A bias towards action and clarity, getting to the point and achieving results.
  • Comfort in ambiguity, making decisions with imperfect information.
  • A generalist mindset, enjoying a mix of tasks and being proficient in multiple areas.
  • A preference for building over maintaining.
