Operations Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Management Specialist to drive supply growth and manage on-ground operations across cities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has leadership experience managing large teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bulk up healthy supply networks in urban areas
  • Execute field-based customer satisfaction surveys, driver research, and market analysis activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Oversee large fleets for strategic acquisitions and retention strategies
  • Analyze market share and develop plans to strengthen our presence in the market
  • Hunt, hire, and retain top talent for offline and online recruitment
  • Nurture relationships with local authorities for effective supply chain management
  • Develop go-to-market strategies to onboard new and active drivers
  • Take ownership of various projects and initiatives to drive brand recognition
  • Identify supply gaps within regions and establish new channels of acquisition
  • Embark on extensive travel to different cities to oversee on-ground operations
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a dynamic work environment
  • Leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience managing large operational teams
  • Able to roll up sleeves and tackle challenges hands-on
  • Ability to solve multiple projects simultaneously and think critically
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills with data-driven decision making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep understanding of supply ecosystem in consumer tech
  • Startup experience is essential
