About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Management Intern. This role is ideal for freshers or students from management-related fields who are eager to gain hands-on experience in operations, partner management, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Acquisition & Integration: Assist in sourcing and hiring product partners, ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
  • Training & Development: Conduct comprehensive training and ensure smooth integration of new partners into our ecosystem.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Foster and maintain healthy relationships with partners, driving mutual growth and satisfaction.
  • Query Resolution: Handle and resolve operational queries from partners efficiently and effectively.
  • Operational Coordination: Support day-to-day operational processes and workflows, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Performance Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of partners, hiring processes, and performance metrics.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Freshers or students from any management-related field (e.g., BBA, Hotel Management, Commerce, or related fields).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with partners.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a focus on partner satisfaction and growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace preferred.
