*Shift Timing:* Evening Shift (4:00 PM 1:00 AM)
*Qualification:* BBA / MBA (Pursuing or Completed)
*Experience:* Fresher 6 Months

Excellent communication & confidence in client interaction
Basic knowledge of IT concepts & sales fundamentals
Strong enthusiasm to learn and build a career in B2B IT Sales
Ability to generate leads via emails, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling
*Roles & Responsibilities*
- Work on end-to-end IT services sales from prospecting to deal closures
- Stay updated on latest technologies like Data Analytics, AI/ML, DevOps, and Cloud
- Execute outbound lead generation activities: email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calls
- Manage the complete sales cycle including presentations, discussions, negotiations & closures
- Build strong market strategies through research and competitor analysis
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships & alliances
- Create impactful business proposals & client presentations
