Job Overview

 

Talent managers play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for organizations. As a talent acquisition manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own the talent acquisition function, mentoring and coaching the team to hire the best talent.
  • Set hiring targets based on business plans defined by clients.
  • Review hiring status regularly to ensure targets are met.
  • Publish timely reports to stakeholders.
  • Lead client connect calls and proactively address roadblocks or changes.
  • Devise overall recruitment strategy within service-level agreements.
  • Manage vendors.
  • Finalize candidate offers and negotiate extensions.
  • Ensure salaries offered are within pay bands.
  • Oversee senior management-level hires, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Guide HR Manager and TA team on trainee hiring.
  • Oversee bulk hiring processes.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR TA Lead/Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong team management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • International recruitment experience preferred.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR.
  • 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Knowledge of using various HRMS tools.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a lead/manager role.
  • MBA/PGDM in HRD/HRM from a reputable university.
