Job Description

Lead the design and execution of pricing and packaging experiments across product and marketing touchpoints. Determine optimal price points for new and existing products using structured experimentation and data-driven insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the pricing roadmap. Conduct market, user behavior, and competitive research to inform pricing strategies. Optimize the subscription funnel by identifying and implementing data-backed improvements.

Translate research and experimentation results into actionable monetization opportunities. Monitor performance metrics and refine pricing models for maximum revenue impact.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in pricing, growth, strategy, or analytics roles, ideally in high-growth startups, consumer tech, or top-tier consulting/analytics firms.
  • Tier 1 academic background, ideally with a degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, or business.
  • Strong understanding of pricing methodologies (e.g., value-based, discounting, skimming) and packaging strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
  • Bonus: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Looker, or similar platforms.
