Job Description:

The Pricing Specialist will be responsible for providing in-depth cost and pricing analysis to ensure the company remains profitable. This involves managing the overall cost and pricing process, analyzing customer requirements, developing competitive bid pricing, and contributing to winning proposals.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Drafting strategic pricing plans to improve existing projects
  • Creating reports reflecting metrics, project status, client-level P&L, objectives, and KPIs
  • Communicating findings effectively to relevant departments within the organization
  • Working with sales and delivery teams to define pricing structures for company services offered
  • Able to read and understand technical/requirement documents as well as legal documents such as customer contracts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university and 5-8 years' related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus and partnerships
  • Proven experience in developing clear and accurate deliverables from SME and technical source materials
  • Must have strong analytical skills, think critically and develop well-reasoned analysis
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
