Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Configure, Price, Quote Specialist to join our global team.

  • This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline Quote-to-Cash processes and ensure our systems meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with Sales, Contracts, Order Management, and Finance to understand current and future processes.
  2. Partner with IT Architects to design scalable CPQ solutions that meet business requirements.
  3. Document Quote-to-Cash workflows and system architecture to ensure seamless integration.
  4. Configure and manage CPQ components, including product/pricing rules, approvals, templates, digital signatures, workflows, and UI changes.
  5. Coordinate IT and UAT testing efforts to ensure successful implementation.
  6. Maintain accurate system documentation and operating instructions.
  7. Ensure solutions align with business requirements and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in systems analysis and implementation (ERP/CRM/Quote-to-Cash).
  • At least 5 years working with Sales teams on CRM/CPQ projects, requiring strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Apttus CPQ, including product, pricing, and approvals.
  • Advanced Salesforce administration skills, including Profiles, Workflows, and Process Builder.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development, including APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning.
  • Salesforce and CPQ certifications are highly valued.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
