About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Development Manager - Sales Enablement at CareerPaths to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance sales performance and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive collaborative efforts.
  • Partner with Sales Management to oversee daily process execution and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Design and administer sales compensation structures.
  • Monitor and maintain high data hygiene standards in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate with Go-to Market teams on new sales initiatives and product launches.
  • Provide comprehensive support for team inquiries, ad-hoc requests, and projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce with experience creating automation and managing declarative functionality.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing sales compensation structures.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, DialPad, Chorus, LeanData, Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Proven ability to partner with Sales teams to streamline processes, optimize output, and increase velocity.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of independently managing multiple projects and priorities.
