Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and Develop Catalog Items: Utilize your expertise in catalog item configuration to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Scripting and Automation: Write efficient scripts using the Glide API to automate form behavior and background logic, improving workflow efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
  • Integration Tasks: Support integration tasks involving REST APIs or data imports, ensuring seamless connectivity and data exchange between systems.
  • Agile Project Delivery: Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and QA testing to drive project success and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to documentation, versioning, and user guides to enhance knowledge sharing and support continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-6 Years of Experience: In ServiceNow application development, with a strong focus on ITSM and HRSD modules.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in JavaScript and Flow Designer, with expertise in common script includes and REST API integrations.
  • Collaboration and Troubleshooting: Excellent collaborative and troubleshooting skills, with a strong ability to work in teams and resolve complex issues.
