Servicenow Platform Developer Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Servicenow developer to fill a key position in our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating catalog items, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create custom catalog items, UI policies, notifications, and approval flows to meet business requirements.
  • Develop scripts using the Glide API to automate form behavior and background logic, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Support tasks involving REST APIs or data imports to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams through Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and QA testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Contribute to documentation, versioning, and user guides to maintain knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in developing applications on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and Flow Designer to create efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Experience working with ITSM and HRSD modules to provide comprehensive support services.
  • Familiarity with REST API integrations and common script includes to streamline system operations.
  • Excellent collaborative and troubleshooting skills to ensure successful project outcomes.
