ServiceNow Solution Architect Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow professional to join our organization. As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet the business needs of our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand user stories and determine requirements
  • Provide guidance on configuration vs customization
  • Customize and develop ServiceNow applications
  • Configure application UIs and workflows
  • Demonstrate understanding of application modules
  • Create custom reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with other ServiceNow administrators and developers
Required Skills and Qualifications

Mandatory skill sets for this role include 6+ years of experience working in a design and development role for a ServiceNow Platform, 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator, and experience in transitioning technology from locally focused to centralized technology service organization.

Preferred skill sets include desired certifications such as ITIL Foundations Certification and ServiceNow Developer Certification(s).

Essential skills for this role include conceptual skills, ability to articulate and document the desired business outcome, and communication skills (verbal and written). We require a bachelor's degree and a strong educational background.
