Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and accomplished ServiceNow practice lead to spearhead the development of our company's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the growth of our ServiceNow practice by building expertise in new product areas and adjacent fields.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create innovative client solutions, deliver exceptional client service, and support all pre-sales activities and content creation.
  • Talent planning, acquisition, and deployment, including developing talent acquisition strategies and plans, identifying and deploying the right team with relevant skills to execute projects.
  • Employee experience, including fostering high-touch employee engagement, mentoring junior talent, identifying and grooming next-level leaders, and creating a culture based on trust, innovation, and growth.
  • Financial and operational effectiveness, including managing revenue and cost management expertise, driving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of experience in a ServiceNow practice leadership role, with the last 2-3 years as a ServiceNow practice leader in an IT services company.
  • In-depth understanding of the industry, trends, competition, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow ecosystem, company, and product roadmap, including various products, platforms, and ServiceNow offerings.
  • Experience in handling global responsibility (US, Europe, UK, APAC Regions).
  • Multiple account management with P&L responsibility.
  • Strong client focus and ability to develop proactive relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on business and market conditions that have a bearing on clients' businesses.
  • Ability to create innovative insights for customers and contribute to thought leadership documents.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Seasoned ServiceNow technical/functional expert.
  • Prior sales experience in the global markets.
