ServiceNow GRC Technical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow GRC technical specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for GRC processes
  • Customizing and configuring ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports
  • Implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and applications
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers and end-users
  • Participating in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, 2+ years of experience in IRM/GRC module
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript(Classic UI and Workspace), Glide, and Jelly
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio and Flow Designer
  • Good Experience in UI Builder and configuration in Workspaces
  • Experience with Patching and Upgrade for IRM modules with understanding of latest updates of GRC/IRM module in store and release notes
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server
