About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization and contribute to the development of innovative solutions using ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex ServiceNow configurations across various business domains.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our clients' IT service management processes are optimized and aligned with their business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to address them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Midserver Configuration: Configure and maintain midserver instances to ensure seamless data synchronization between different systems.
  • CMDB Data Alignment: Develop and implement CMDB data alignment strategies to ensure accurate and up-to-date information about our clients' assets and services.
  • Service Graph Connector (SGC) Implementation: Implement SGC to provide real-time visibility into our clients' service landscapes and enable proactive issue detection and resolution.
  • Networking Concepts: Apply knowledge of networking concepts, including DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems, to design and implement secure and reliable ServiceNow configurations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4-12 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environments.
  • Excellent technical skills, including hands-on experience with midserver configuration, CMDB, discovery, and SGC.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, database architecture, and Windows/Linux/UNIX administration.
  • Ability to script automated processes using Business Rules, Script Actions, and other ServiceNow tools.
  • Experience with ITOM modular platform and ability to develop training material and train stakeholders.
