Job Description:

Overview: Looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual to lead, develop, and grow

a successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.

Experience: 18+ years with the last 2-3 years in the role of a ServiceNow practice Leader in

an IT services company.

Core competencies: Practice Building, Solution Architecting, Capability Building, Business

Pursuit Management, Operations and Delivery Management, P&L Ownership.

Key Expectations:

1. Should demonstrate industry expertise – deep understanding of the industry, trends,

competition, challenges and opportunities.

2. Should have deep understanding of the ServiceNow eco-system, company and

product roadmap, understand various products, platforms and ServiceNow offerings,

market trends including other competitor enterprise products.

3. Should have a deep understanding of ServiceNow system integrators eco-system,

competitive positioning and market share.

4. Should have experience in handling global responsibility (US, Europe, UK, APAC

Regions)

5. Should have experience in multiple accounts management with P&L responsibility.

6. Responsible to drive delivery

a. Successful client implementation and drive high CSS and CSAT

b. Should have strong client focus and develop proactive relationship with client

stakeholders.

e. Stay up to date on business and market conditions that has a bearing on

client's business.

f. Create innovative insights for customers and contribute to thought leadership

documents.

7. Responsible to drive capability building.

a. Building expertise on new product areas and adjacencies

c. Creating thought leadership on product/process areas

d. Building new solutions, frameworks, point of views and accelerators.

e. Collaborate with sales team to define and enrich service offerings.

f. Should be a seasoned ServiceNow technical/functional expert.

8. Responsible to collaborate with sales team to

a. Create proactive client propositions.

b. Deliver reactive client propositions.

c. Support all pre-sales activities and content creation.

d. Support marketing initiatives.

e. Having prior sales experience in the global markets will be a plus.

9. Responsible for talent planning, acquisition and deployment

a. Create talent acquisition strategy and plan.

b. Work with talent acquisition for fulfilment.

c. Determine and deploy the right team with relevant skill set to execute projects.

10. Responsible for employee experience

a. Drive high-touch employee engagement.

b. Mentor budding & junior talent.

c. Identification and grooming of next level leaders.

d. Create a culture that is based on trust, innovation and growth.

e. Should have the ability to build and sustain high performing teams in a hybrid

environment.

11. Responsible to drive financial and operational effectiveness.

a. Should have strong revenue and cost management expertise.

b. Drive operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives.

12. Should be comfortable in working in a matrix organization with excellent

communication and networking skills. Should be able to manage and influence a broad

range of stakeholders in a global environment. Should have high standards of integrity

and confidentiality.
