Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Are you a skilled ServiceNow developer looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for IT service management and automation?

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management workflows. You will work closely with our team to configure and update Discovery schedules, monitor daily runs for errors, and troubleshoot issues.

You will also enhance Discovery probes and patterns to support complex infrastructure and cloud environments, continuously improve the ServiceNow platform through iterative enhancements and performance tuning, and customize form layouts, fields, and user interfaces to support data consistency and usability across modules.

Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining robust REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems, managing Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Business Rules, and automation scripts for operational efficiency, customizing the Employee Center portal to improve branding and user engagement, and designing and publishing reports and dashboards to support performance tracking and transparency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant ServiceNow training in ITSM, Discovery, and scripting modules
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
  • Proven track record with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Discovery implementation
  • Experience with form customization, API integration, and dashboard/report creation
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting platform issues and scripting errors
