Sales and Revenue Development Manager

Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the hotel's sales strategy, developing business targets, and ensuring clients' loyalty through the promotion and enrollment to Accor loyalty programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve business targets by managing the hotel's total revenue and market share, developing sales through TARS connected channels, and favoring hotel direct channels.
- Define and implement the hotel sales strategy in accordance with the country/brand global strategy.
- Identify business opportunities and ensure clients' loyalty in the hotel through the promotion and enrollment to Accor loyalty programs.
- Track, analyze, and report business trends in the market with appropriate recommendations for new opportunities through the use of ANAIS.
- Manage the sales team, setting objectives and targets, analyzing and optimizing outcomes, and ensuring training and competencies development.
- Ensure a "Sales culture & performance" is spread in the hotel, through participation in Sales & Revenue meetings and regular information provided to hotel teams.
- Qualify clients' needs, expectations, and directions to define the value proposition to be delivered and the partnership possibilities.
- Develop close relationships with clients, e-partners, and key decision-makers to increase Accor's weight/position.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record in sales and revenue development.
