Hotel Sales and Revenue Manager

At Naukripay, we are seeking a skilled Hotel Sales and Revenue Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals
- Work with clients and partners to secure event bookings, group reservations, and corporate contracts
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities
- Supervise the sales team and set performance targets
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Build relationships with current and potential customers
- Provide feedback on industry changes and trends
- Be proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office and sales management software
- Be flexible to work long hours and on weekends if necessary
Requirements:
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with prospective clients
