Hotel Sales and Revenue Manager

At Naukripay, we are seeking a skilled Hotel Sales and Revenue Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals
  • Work with clients and partners to secure event bookings, group reservations, and corporate contracts
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities
  • Supervise the sales team and set performance targets
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
  • Build relationships with current and potential customers
  • Provide feedback on industry changes and trends
  • Be proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office and sales management software
  • Be flexible to work long hours and on weekends if necessary
