Role: Asst. CRM Manager - Post Sales (only Real Estate industry experience is mandatory)

- Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager who can build and maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned. This will involve ensuring constant engagement with customers during the life cycle and moments of planned spontaneity. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing planned wow moments at important stages in the customer lifecycle, including welcome, agreement, and handover of possession.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer satisfaction and high service quality standards. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate MIS reports and closely working on the preparation of final work reports.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal partners and middle office teams for process improvement and updating MIS report logic. They will also be responsible for demand generation, cheque validation, sales order generation, customer master, material, debit and credit note creation.
As part of this role, you will be handling customers of the Lawns & Beyond project, which includes the entire customer database. You will be required to attend to customers who visit the HO with their queries, resolve and ensure 100% satisfaction with adequate resolution of the query. Cancellations, transfer requests, and registration process will also be handled by the successful candidate.
The role involves resolving customer queries, preparing ledgers, and addressing issues highlighted by customers through calls. You will also be managing post-booking customer services until the delivery/possession stage and collecting payment dues against demands generated with construction progress.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will assist customers on allotment of flats, registration, cancellations, bank loan issues, transfer of deeds, and bank loan processing of documents.
