Role & responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management

    Handle incoming leads (walk-ins, referrals, marketing-generated) and provide complete property details.

    Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.

    Build long-term trust and maintain strong client relationships for repeat/referral business.
  • Sales Support & Closure

    Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs with prospective buyers.

    Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation clearly.

    Support negotiation and assist customers until deal closure.
  • Customer Service & Post-Sales Coordination

    Act as the point of contact for client queries, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Market Knowledge & Reporting

    Stay updated on company projects, competitor offerings, and market trends.

    Capture customer feedback and share insights with management.

    Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and status updates in CRM.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience: 03 years in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles (real estate / banking / insurance / hospitality / retail).
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to build rapport and manage client expectations.
  • Target-driven, confident, and professional in handling high-value transactions.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and local language.
  • Willingness to work on weekends/holidays (with compensatory weekly off).
  • Two-wheeler with valid license preferred for client visits.
