Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales & Client Solutions Manager with 35 years of experience in business development, client engagement, and project coordination (real estate, interiors, retail infrastructure). This role requires someone who can own client relationships end-to-end, from lead generation to deal closure, while ensuring alignment with project delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development by identifying and reaching out to prospective clients (D2C brands, retail brands, QSR chains, warehouses, etc.)
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned clients from first connect to final closure
- Prepare and manage RFPs, BOQs, proposals, and pre-qualification documents for tenders and client submissions
- Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Manage sales pipeline, client calls, and presentations
- Build strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to position InfraAxis effectively
- Support the leadership team with sales reporting, insights, and process improvements
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, client solutions, or business development (preferably in real estate and commercial interiors)
- Strong experience in tendering, documentation, and client engagement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage CXOs and decision-makers
- Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams to meet tight deadlines
- MBA / Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Hybrid / Remote with willingness to travel PAN India
Good to Have:
- Exposure to commercial real estate, retail expansion, or interior fit-outs
- Knowledge of procurement/vendor management
- Strong networking skills with brands and corporates
