Global HR Leader

Job Overview:

Beeontrade is rapidly expanding globally. We seek a seasoned Global Head of HR & People to establish and scale our worldwide human resources, people, and performance management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership for global HR operations across all regions.
  • Establish Beeontrade's corporate-level HR framework encompassing policies, compliance, performance, and leadership development.
  • Design scalable HR systems for global operations, employee relations, and talent management.
HR Leadership:
  • Build the full HR function in India as the corporate HQ backbone.
  • Oversee local HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Partner with business leaders to align talent and performance with global objectives.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
  • Lead global recruiting efforts from strategy to execution, building diverse high-performing teams.
  • Collaborate with business leaders on headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.
  • Leverage Beeontrade-wide training, onboarding, and development programs to support long-term growth.
Performance & Culture:
  • Develop a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.
  • Drive company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of excellence and collaboration across all offices.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region.
  • Maintain accurate global employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.
  • Partner with legal counsel to address sensitive HR matters.
