Human Resource Operations Manager

Description:

The Human Resource Operations Manager will oversee the administration of various human resources functions, including vendor management, employee onboarding, and manual letter creation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP Management: Create purchase orders, process invoices, follow up with approvers, maintain management information systems, and process payments within defined timelines.
  • Non-SAP Management: Process non-purchase order invoices, release payments, process employee expense reports, and consultant reimbursement bills.
  • Vendor Management: Share registration formats, review agreement documents, resolve queries, update payment status, and share advice & UTR numbers.
  • Sodexo Card Management: Distribute cards, assist employees, maintain records, create annual purchase requisitions & purchase orders.
  • Onboarding: Review documents, verify physical documents, create employee files, ID cards, and employee IDs.
  • Manual Letter Creation: Create visa letters, internship letters, project completion letters, relieving letters, exit letters, and consultant letters.
  • Other Responsibilities: Plan inductions, set up in-person interactions, plan tours, and manage other operational tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in operations, 3-5 years in HR operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
