Job Description:
Support for Secretarial and Compliance Matters- Assist the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer in managing company secretarial and compliance matters.
- Organize agendas, notices, documentation, and minutes of board meetings and other statutory documents.
Compliance Management
- Ensure routine and event-based compliances under SEBI Regulations applicable to Listed Companies.
- Regularly review and maintain secretarial and legal compliances.
Document Preparation and Filing
- Prepare XBRL financials, maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
- Maintain a compliance calendar and file various e-forms, returns, and related documents with ROC and other authorities.
Licensing and Compliance
- OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN BUSINESS LICENSES.
- Filing of returns, forms, documents with RBI, and other related compliances.
