Master Utility Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Expert to join our team. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all plant utilities, mechanical and electrical systems, and equipment across the pharmaceutical facility.
Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality maintenance services that meet regulatory requirements and ensure minimal downtime of critical systems. You will lead a cross-functional team to execute projects, qualify new equipment, and maintain existing systems.
To achieve this, you will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, utility, and process equipment. You will also manage HT/LT electrical systems, supervise mechanical utilities and process equipment, and coordinate project schedules with vendors and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of routine, predictive, and corrective maintenance for various equipment types
- Supervision of electrical and mechanical system installations, commissioning, and qualification
- Management of maintenance budgets and resource allocation
- Coordination of site inspections and resolution of technical issues
Besides these tasks, you will be expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as production, quality assurance, and procurement. Your ability to communicate effectively, analyze problems, and develop solutions will be crucial in driving efficiency, improving productivity, and enhancing overall plant performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, CMMS proficiency, and experience with root cause analysis. Additionally, they should possess excellent documentation and compliance skills, as well as energy management awareness.
