Job Title: CRM Integration Specialist

 

This role requires a detail-oriented individual to oversee the integration of customer relationship management (CRM) systems with data enrichment platforms. The ideal candidate will manage leads, ensure accurate data, and optimize workflows for seamless sales automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data enrichment tools to maintain up-to-date lead information within CRM systems.
  • Develop efficient workflows for sales teams to effectively utilize CRM features.
  • Manage and refine CRM pipelines to maximize sales performance and ROI.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly to ensure smooth data syncing across platforms.
  • Train sales reps on best practices for utilizing CRM tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing CRM systems, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of data enrichment platforms, such as ZoomInfo, for prospecting, enrichment, and integrations.
  • Demonstrated success in CRM and marketing automation management.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
