Job Title: Service Expert

  We are seeking a skilled Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

  Your primary focus will be on developing and executing service strategies that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, develop targeted solutions, and implement change management initiatives.

  In this role, you will leverage your expertise in servitization, field service management, scheduling, maintenance, repairs, overhauls, contracts, service BOMs, service analytics, depot repair, warranty, service / aftermarket parts, IoT, and service system integration to deliver world-class services that exceed customer expectations.

  You will also be responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders to design and deploy service-related solutions, identifying opportunities for business growth, and developing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.

  To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of business process modeling, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
