Job Title: Content Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Content Strategist to join our team. As a Content Strategist, you will play a critical role in developing human-centered experiences that provide personalized, clear, helpful, and inclusive digital and human solutions for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to gather business requirements for new or enhanced products and services.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform content decisions and influence customer behavior.
  • Employ human-centered techniques, including personas, user flows, content audits, and wireframes, to determine content design.
  • Ensure end-to-end digital experiences are accessible and compliant with industry standards.
  • Update content documents using CMS, design files, and/or other documentation tools.
  • Internalize established standards and apply them to new work.
  • Participate in content community of practice (COP) events and efforts for personal development and peer support.
  • Observe user interviews and usability sessions to validate content effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Writing, Technical Writing, Journalism, Content Strategy, or Library Science preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically three to five years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services domain is highly preferred.
  • Deep proficiency with Figma and other design tools.
  • Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Expert understanding of content strategy and information architecture principles.
  • Deep experience with user-centered design from concept to delivery.
  • Significant experience writing digital content for instructional, transactional, and marketing purposes.
  • Experience working in a cross-channel environment, including desktop, mobile, and voice.
  • Strong skills in managing ambiguity, working autonomously, and multitasking.
  • Ability to meet ambitious deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
