Job Title: Brand Strategist

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate is a driven and career-oriented individual with strong leadership qualities, effective management skills, and excellent communication abilities.

The successful Brand Strategist will design and manage key marketing activities, plan and set clear goals and targets, and implement marketing plans to identify qualified decision-makers and build company awareness.

The role requires the ability to handle pressure effectively, think critically, and make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have a wide network of contacts, strong planning ability, and analytical skills.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Brand Strategist will lead promotional activities, manage and mentor the team effectively, and identify training needs and provide training to team members when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage key marketing activities
  • Manage research activities to explore new market opportunities and develop related business strategies
  • Plan and set clear goals and targets
  • SUCCESSFULLY PLAN AND IMPLEMENT MARKETING PLANS TO IDENTIFY QUALIFIED DECISION-MAKERS AND BUILD COMPANY AWARENESS
  • IDENTIFY, SECURE, AND MANAGE PARTNERSHIPS WITH EXTERNAL ORGANIZATIONS AND INTERNAL TEAMS TO CREATE NEW SERVICES AND ENHANCE EXISTING ONES
  • LEAD PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES
  • MANAGE AND MENTOR THE TEAM EFFECTIVELY
  • IDENTIFY TRAINING NEEDS AND PROVIDE TRAINING TO TEAM MEMBERS WHEN NECESSARY
