Director of Learning and Development

This pivotal role involves working closely with the Head of L&D to design, execute, and oversee impactful learning strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive employee growth.

  • Design and implement innovative learning and development strategies that support organizational goals and future business needs.
  • Develop scalable programs for leadership development, employee engagement, and talent retention.
  • Lead the creation and facilitation of high-impact training programs, including communication enhancement, behavioral, soft skills, and analytical skills.

A strong background in leadership development and strategic planning is essential. You will partner with senior leaders, HR, and department heads to identify organizational learning needs and create customized training roadmaps.

You will ensure alignment between training initiatives and business objectives, overseeing the management and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless access, tracking, and reporting of training metrics.

Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches, including participant feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis. Mentor and guide team members on advanced facilitation techniques and instructional design methodologies.
