As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for championing customer satisfaction, anticipating needs, and providing proactive support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale
- Closely coordinating with logistics, documentation, and finance teams
- Ensuring timely updates, delivery timelines, and documentation status are shared with customers
- Working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
- Designing scalable processes to enhance the customer experience
You will be expected to possess strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive customer success and retention.
A successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions in a fast-paced environment.
They must also be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities.
