
Rural Business Development Manager

A key responsibility of this role is to expand market presence and distribution in the assigned rural area. To achieve this, extensive deployment and sales of products will be carried out through QR code and sound box promotions.
As part of the team lead's duties, identifying and recruiting skilled sales teams (FSE) is crucial for aligning business objectives and driving growth in the market. Effective coaching and mentoring skills are necessary to ensure quick learning and implementation of new ideas and concepts.
Market size, span, and geography planning for FSE is a critical task that requires careful analysis and strategic decision-making. The team leader should devise effective communication plans to minimize expectation vs delivery gaps.
Quality parameters set by management will be closely monitored, and audits conducted on acquisitions and sales performed by the team. Regular monitoring ensures that team members are active in areas where sales and usage occur.
Good networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively throughout the designated area are essential for this role. Cross-selling products such as Merchant Loan, Personal Loan, GOLD SIP, and upgrades for merchants will also be sold.
In addition, the ability to train and groom allocated manpower is vital for success in this position.
