About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking AI Strategist to drive our artificial intelligence initiatives across various sectors, including healthcare, finance, and manufacturing. This position requires a unique blend of domain expertise, technical proficiency, and strategic leadership. You will work collaboratively to identify high-impact opportunities for AI, drive implementation of advanced solutions, and ensure business alignment and value realization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the AI roadmap aligned with the business unit's strategic goals.
  • Identify key business problems that can be solved with AI and prioritize use cases.
  • Lead feasibility assessments, pilot programs, and full-scale deployments.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, including 1+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in applying AI within a specific vertical.
  • Strong technical understanding of ML, NLP, computer vision, LLMs, and data engineering principles.
  • Experience with AI/ML tools and platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI practices, and relevant industry regulations.
