Job Title: Business Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Strategist to play a pivotal role in transforming business processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

This individual will act as a strategic bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, identifying opportunities, translating needs into solutions, and ensuring that initiatives deliver measurable value.

  • Ai Opportunity Identification
  1. Discover and prioritize ai use cases that align with business goals.
  2. Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to uncover pain points and automation opportunities.
  • Requirements Gathering & Translation
  1. Convert business requirements into technical specifications for ai teams.
  2. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment.
  • Business Case Development
  1. Build roi models, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for ai initiatives.
  2. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Performance Monitoring
  1. Define kpis and success metrics for ai projects.
  2. Track and report on project outcomes and business impact.
  • Stakeholder Management
  1. Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
  2. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  • Ai Governance & Ethics
  1. Ensure ai solutions comply with ethical standards, data privacy laws, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. MBA or Master's preferred.
  • Experience: 3–6 years in business analysis, with 1–2 years in ai/ml projects.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with ai/ml concepts (e.g., nlp, computer vision, generative ai).
  • Basic knowledge of python, sql, tableau, or power bi.
  • Understanding of ai platforms (aws sagemaker, azure ml, google vertex ai).
  • Business Acumen:
  • Strong grasp of business strategy, operations, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to align ai initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Project management capabilities (agile, pmp, or cbap certification is a plus)
