Financial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to lead our finance team's efforts in leveraging AI-driven tools and methodologies.

  • Leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to drive strategic financial planning, reporting, and auditing initiatives.
  • Predict financial trends, identify anomalies, and optimize tax strategies using sophisticated data models.
  • Develop and implement AI solutions into accounting workflows, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with data science and IT teams to design and deploy finance-focused AI models.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls while applying AI-assisted risk assessments.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover insights, improve forecasting accuracy, and inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Train finance team members on AI tools and promote digital transformation within the department.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI trends and regulatory implications in accounting and finance.

Requirements:

Education & Certification:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required.
  • Additional certification in AI, Data Analytics, or related fields –
Experience:
  • 4+ years of accounting/finance experience, including 1–2 years utilizing AI, automation, or analytics tools in a finance context.
Skills:
  • Detailed understanding of financial principles, audits, taxation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, machine learning basics, and interpreting AI-generated insights.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software featuring AI capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to distill technical data into actionable financial insights.
  • High ethical standards and attention to detail.
