Job summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Time Tracking and Absence Consultant. This role will involve working with customers across all phases of deployment, from defining requirements to deploying solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Workday expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Independently manage work on multiple projects in various phases.
  • Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and provide recommendations.

Duties and Tasks:

  • Identify strategies, risks, and options for meeting customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with project teams to align development with customer design decisions.
  • Provide status updates to the customer, project team, and management.
  • Mentor other consultants and share product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Active Workday Certification in Time Tracking and/or Absence.
  • Hands-on experience with Time Tracking and Absence implementation or support.
  • Detailed understanding of Time Tracking/Absence concepts and processes.
  • Strong consulting and presentation skills.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, designing, and implementing solutions under multiple deadlines.
  • 3+ years of experience as a certified Workday consultant.

Work Environment:

  • Remote work and/or work from home environment.
  • Moderate noise levels.
  • Confined workspaces.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly stand, sit, and traverse an office environment.
  • See, speak, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
  • Lift less than 25 pounds.
  • Sit at a computer terminal for extended periods.
  • Travel to client sites.

Mental Requirements:

  • Understand Workday system functionality.
  • Analyze complex problems and collaborate with others.
  • Prioritize own work schedule and make decisions under pressure.

Additional Details:

  • 45 hours expected per week during normal business hours.
  • Overtime may be required.
