Job Title: Security Consultant

Job Description:

The selected candidate will serve as a Workday security expert, responsible for analyzing business requirements and providing recommendations to develop solutions. They will work closely with customers throughout the deployment process, ensuring successful implementation of security configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with project teams to align development with customer design decisions.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, identifying potential security threats and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with customers to analyze business requirements, leveraging expertise to provide recommendations and develop solutions.
  • Provide regular status updates to customers, project teams, and management, ensuring transparency throughout the deployment process.
  • Mentor junior consultants, actively sharing product knowledge to grow the practice.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Active Workday Certification in Security.
  • Hands-on experience with security implementation or support.
  • Detailed understanding of security processes, with a focus on US Security enrollment.
  • Strong consulting and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing requirements under multiple deadlines.

Work Environment:

As a Security Consultant, you will be working in a remote or office environment, surrounded by moderate noise levels and confined workspaces. You will be required to stand, sit, and traverse an office environment regularly, as well as lift less than 25 pounds.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift less than 25 pounds.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.

Travel:

Regular travel to client sites is required, with expected work hours of 45 hours per week during normal business hours, with additional overtime as clients require.
