We are seeking a seasoned Workday expert to join our team as a Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional Consultant.

Job Summary:

This role is designed for individuals with expertise in designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday solutions. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, analyzing business requirements, and developing effective solutions.

  • As a Workday HCM Functional Consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for optimal solution implementation.
  • You will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing Workday solutions that meet customer needs and expectations
  • Collaborating with customers to gather business requirements and develop customized solutions
  • Providing training and support to customers on Workday system functionality
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Workday product developments and best practices
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Active Workday certification in HCM functional modules
  • At least 2 years of experience in implementing or supporting Workday solutions
  • Detailed knowledge of HCM processes and best practices
Travel Requirements:

This role may require travel to client sites, which can vary depending on project requirements.

Work Hours:

The expected work hours for this role are 45 hours per week during normal business hours, with additional overtime as required by clients.
