Job Description: As a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Functional Consultant, you will lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday's Absence and Time Tracking module.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday configuration, implementation, and optimization, with experience in gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and supporting Workday functionalities to enhance leave management, accruals, and time tracking processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Module Implementation: Lead and support the implementation of Workday Absence and Time Tracking module.
- Best Practices: Provide expert guidance on Workday Absence and Time Tracking best practices.
- Business Requirements: Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, develop and maintain functional documentation and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.
- Leave Management: Configure Workday Absence business processes, including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting.
- Time Tracking: Configure Workday Time Tracking business processes, including work schedules, time entry, time calculations, and approvals.
- Security and Reporting: Configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of business processes.
- Data Integration: Work closely with data and integration teams, providing functional inputs, validating test scenarios, and troubleshooting issues.
- System Testing: Conduct system testing, including preparing test cases, executing tests and resolving defects.
- User Training: Provide end-user training and develop documentation.
- Process Improvement: Stay updated with Workday features and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
