Data Storage Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Data Storage Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on support and troubleshooting for data storage solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Linux and enterprise-grade data storage systems. They will also possess strong troubleshooting skills and technical acumen, with the ability to work effectively with clients to resolve technical issues.
In this role, you will diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and maintaining accurate records of support activities and resolutions.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional support for our enterprise data storage, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver hands-on support and troubleshooting for data storage solutions, including file-level and block-level storage, and server systems.
- Provide clear communication and solutions to client inquiries, maintaining our reputation for reliable service.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and resolutions.
- LINUX knowledge required.
- Proficiency in enterprise-grade data storage systems.
