Job Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a business development professional.

This internship will provide hands-on experience in the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to client conversion. You will work closely with our founder and gain insight into business development strategies in a fast-paced marketing agency environment.

Key Learning Areas & Responsibilities:

  • Targeted Prospecting: Learn how to identify and engage potential clients in the industrial equipment sector.
  • Lead Generation Exposure: Assist in representing our company at exhibitions and trade shows to understand high-quality lead generation.
  • Negotiation Insights: Observe and support in negotiations, understanding deal structures and client relationship management.

Goals (Internship Level):

  • Gain experience in generating qualified B2B leads through exhibitions, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Contribute to building relationships with decision-makers in the industrial equipment sector.
  • Develop a practical understanding of client conversion strategies in a B2B context.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: BBA (Marketing) or MBA (Marketing) students/fresh graduates preferred.
  • Strong Interest: In B2B sales, business development, and marketing strategy.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication and networking skills required.
