Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development professional specializing in B2B Acquisition, located in Hyderabad. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, and providing top-notch customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing market trends and data to develop effective strategies for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and acquire new SME/MSME/Corporate clients across industries such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Chemicals, Pharma, Textiles, and Logistics.
- Generate qualified B2B leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct initial credit and risk assessment to support smooth deal structuring.
- Ensure documentation and disbursement processes are completed seamlessly.
- Collaborate with leadership and risk teams to structure competitive deals and onboard clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales/SME lending/corporate client acquisition.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and convert leads into successful acquisitions.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and target-oriented approach. degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in financial services or B2B sales is a plus
