Job Title: B2B Business Development Executive (US Shift)

Location: Hyderabad, India

Shift: Night Shift (6:30pm TO 3:30AM - US Timings)

Experience: 6Months 4 years

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 14 years of B2B business development or sales experience, preferably targeting the US market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral or US accent.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working during US business hours (Night Shift IST).
  • Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
