**Asset Coordinator Role Summary:**

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage the entire IT asset lifecycle — from procurement to retirement.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and prior experience handling IT assets, IMAC processes, and reporting.

This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams.

  • Manage hardware and software inventory tracking and maintenance.
  • Coordinate IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of asset-related data in ITSM tools.
  • Prepare regular asset reports using MS Excel.
  • Monitor compliance with SLA commitments related to asset handling.
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate asset records.

Responsibilities:

  1. Procure, deploy, maintain, and retire IT assets across the organization.
  2. Track and update asset records in ITSM tools to ensure data accuracy.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless IT asset operations.
